New Year's is upon us and many of us make the same old resolution each year to lose weight. Don't just resolve to eating only salad, eliminating carbs, or going to the gym 4 hours a day. Instead we would like you to try something new for you. No more empty New Year's Resolutions. Proper nutrition is what you need to lose the weight for good.

  • 12 Weeks of Expert Nutrition: The weight-loss challenge will run from January 12th to April 5th. You have until January 9th to enter the Weight-Loss Challenge.
  • $95 Dollars To Participate: One simple contest entrance fee and no hidden costs. This is 20% off of our regular pricing for individual plans and includes a 3 month Guided nutrition membership and a chance to win our prizes.
  • 100 Contestants: We will have a maximum of 100 people in this contest. A limited number of contestants will help us make sure you get the personal service you need.
  • Healthy Weight Loss: 1, 5, 10, 20 or even more pounds can be lost. Our safe, reliable, gimmick-free weight loss program is customized to your specific needs with an initial goal of losing a safe 1.5 pounds per week.

What are the Rules?

Contestants must agree that this is an online contest and their online behavior will be part of a subjective decision to choose contest winners. Challenge entrants must agree to participate for the entire length of the program and do regular check-ins with the Nu4You staff. Contestants that attempt to cheat the system or falsify information will be disqualified. You must also meet the following conditions:

  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • You must be medically stable and have no medical reason that you should not lose weight.
  • You must have access to a phone for phone based coaching and have internet access. If you are not a U.S. resident you must speak English and have access to a land phone line. (No Cell Phones)
  • You must be committed to making a real change in your life and agree to use the Nu4You program for the length of the challenge.
  • You must agree to obey all of the rules of the challenge.
  • You cannot be a current or previous member of Nutrition for You and Nu4You.net
How will you decide on the winners?

The staff of Nu4You will provide statistics throughout the Challenge. Challenge participants will be measured based on performance against the following criteria:

  • Percent Body Weight Loss
  • Record Keeping
  • Eating Breakfast
  • Exercise
  • Monitoring Weight
  • Sportsmanship
Does it Work?

Yes! Clients that follow our plan are very successful. In a previous challenge 100% of the participants that finished the challenge lost weight. The average weight loss was 1.5 pounds per week and the highest was nearly 3.0 pounds per week.

Why are you only taking 100 Contestants?

Nutrition for You wants to make sure that each and every person that uses our services gets the personalized and customized nutrition expertise that we provide. In order to do that we limit the number of people that can start our service at any one time.

How Much Does it Cost?

The cost for the Challenge is $95.00 (US). This is a one time non-refundable charge for 12 weeks of the challenge. You can pay by credit card, or by personal check by special arrangement.

Is it safe and private?

Yes. As long as you are medically stable you can use our weight loss program unless your doctor has told you not to. We keep all of your personal information private according to our privacy policy. For the Challenge we will provide your username, weight loss percentage, and overall score to the other challenge partcipants. If we would like to share any additional information about you it would only be with your permission.

What if I want to lose weight but not participate in the challenge?

If you do not want to participate in the Challenge we encourage you to select one of our other Nutrition Plans.

Are there Prizes?

Yes, there are prizes for those that finish the Challenge.

Do I need a Gym Membership?

No. You do not need a gym membership but we will encourage you to excerise as part of your nutrition coaching. Exercise is an important part of any weight loss program. If you do not have access to a gym we can make recommendations on how to get exercise for your weight loss. If you do have a gym membership we will coach you on the best way to make your exercise more productive for your weight loss.

Can I participate if I am already a member?

No. Unfortunately you cannot participate if you are already a member. Because you are a member you would have an unfair advantage because you are already experienced with our service and nutrition plans.
