You will be required to create a username and password in order to use this site. During registration, you'll be asked for personal information (such as name, email address, weight, and height). We use this information to verify billing, calculate your metabolic rate, and prepare your caloric prescription.

We collect billing & contact information and personal food, exercise, and body data. We understand the sensitivity of this information and take steps to protect your privacy. We do not distribute your personally identifiable information to any third parties.
Customer Service
Based upon the personally identifiable information you provide us, we will send you a welcome email to verify your username and password. We will also speak with you on the phone as part of our coaching program.
Aggregate Information (non-personally identifiable)
We may publish analyses of the data collected on our Web site. For example, we may display a graph showing the average weight loss of our members over time. These analyses will not contain any personally identifiable information.
